The service

Everhigh Travel provides software that participating travel agencies use to share itinerary and concierge information. It is not the airline, hotel, transporter, tour operator or other travel supplier. The agency and each supplier remain responsible for services they arrange or provide.

Travel information

Schedules, confirmations, entry requirements and other details can change. Refresh when connectivity permits and verify time-critical details with the agency or supplier. Offline information reflects the last successful synchronization and is not live status.

Access and acceptable use

Access is limited to identities invited or accepted into an authorized travel relationship. Keep access codes and devices secure. Do not bypass authorization, access another traveler’s information, disrupt the service, scrape protected content or use the service unlawfully.

Content and third parties

Everhigh Travel software and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Agencies and suppliers remain responsible for their content. Maps, communication actions, files and supplier links may open services governed by third-party terms and privacy practices.

Availability and termination

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Access may end when an entitlement expires, an agency withdraws it, security requires it, or these terms are violated.

Legal and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Everhigh Travel is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays or changes by agencies and suppliers; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. These terms do not select a governing law or dispute venue.
