Delete your account in the app without deleting shared agency itinerary records.

How accounts work
Everhigh Travel does not offer open self-service account creation. A participating agency provisions a traveler relationship, and an existing identity signs in using an email one-time code. An authentication identity can be removed separately from agency-owned shared travel records.
Delete in the app
Sign in, open Profile, scroll to Account deletion, choose Delete account, and confirm Delete permanently. The app waits for the server, then removes its protected local database, encryption key, language/profile state and session. If the server does not confirm deletion, the app reports an error rather than claiming success.
Scope
Deletion removes the authentication identity and trip entitlements, erases private traveler overrides and reviews, and de-identifies the traveler profile and agency relationship fields. It prevents future protected snapshot and document access. For access or correction requests, contact the participating agency from Help using the email associated with access, or email Everhigh IT Services at support@everhighit.com.
What remains
Deletion never deletes another traveler, the agency, a canonical experience, shared flights, stays, tours, transfers, daily plans, or shared managed documents. Agency notification and relationship records may remain without the deleted profile link. No fixed retention period is stated because one has not yet been established.
