Sign in with a one-time code

• Use the exact email address invited by your agency.
• Check spam or junk folders and allow a few minutes for the numeric code.
• Request another code if it expired. Everhigh Travel does not use password or magic-link sign-in.

I cannot see my trip

Trip access must be provisioned by the agency and invited or accepted. Confirm your email with the agency. For privacy, an unauthorized trip is not disclosed. A downloaded trip remains available only while its offline entitlement is valid.

Offline and refresh

Open a trip online before travel to save an encrypted snapshot. The offline label means saved information is shown, not live synchronization. Pull down on Today, Trip, Explore or Help to refresh. On failure, valid saved content stays visible.

Contact support

For itinerary changes, urgent travel help or missing access, use canonical agency contacts in the app’s Help tab or email Everhigh IT Services at support@everhighit.com. Never send payment-card details or one-time codes.

Read /privacy. Use /account-deletion for access, correction or deletion requests, and /security for the responsible-disclosure process.
